Seafood Linguine Premium — Signature Apheliazone Recipe

This is coastal Italian cuisine at its finest — fresh linguine tossed with premium seafood in a light white wine and garlic sauce. Simple, elegant, and unforgettable.

🛒 Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 200g fresh linguine
  • 8 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 200g mussels (cleaned)
  • 150g clams (cleaned)
  • 4 large scallops
  • 150g cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 120ml dry white wine
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Sea salt & cracked black pepper
  • Lemon wedges to serve

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chili flakes, cook 1 minute.
  3. Add scallops and shrimp, sear 2 minutes each side. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add mussels and clams to the pan. Pour in white wine, cover and cook 3–4 minutes until shells open.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and cook 2 minutes.
  6. Toss in the drained linguine with a splash of pasta water. Mix well.
  7. Return shrimp and scallops to the pan. Toss gently.
  8. Plate and finish with fresh parsley, cracked black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.
