- 45ml Cognac or French brandy
- 30ml fresh orange juice
- 20ml raspberry liqueur (Chambord)
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml honey syrup
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: orange slice, fresh raspberries, sprig of rosemary, gold cocktail pick
🍸 Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Cognac, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Slowly pour raspberry liqueur over the back of a spoon to create the sunset gradient effect.
