🛒 Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 thin pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 30g fresh black truffle (thinly shaved)
  • 80g aged Parmesan (freshly shaved)
  • 3 tbsp truffle oil
  • 100g fresh mozzarella
  • A handful of fresh arugula
  • Sea salt & cracked black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°C (480°F) with a pizza stone or baking tray inside.
  2. Stretch the dough thin and brush lightly with olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Add torn mozzarella evenly across the base.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the crust is golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with truffle oil.
  6. Top generously with shaved Parmesan, fresh black truffle, and arugula.
  7. Finish with cracked black pepper and a final drizzle of truffle oil.
  8. Serve immediately.
