Due to the nature of food and consumable goods, all sales are final unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund (depending on case)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect expectations
  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers
  • Used or opened products
